Physical Security Manager (Data Centre)

Responsibilities
• Oversee and monitor daily operation of designated Data Centre(s)
• Ensure the day-to-day site control meets security standards
• Oversee the execution of access control / key systems / visitor and contractor registration as well as all other security related systems are in accordance with the company policies, procedures and standards
• Handle tenants’ inquiries and complaints
• Handle all daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Monitor the performance and discipline of the security team
• Supervise and train up the security team to perform security and operation duties

Requirements:
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS certificate, first aid certificate is an advantage
• Degree/Diploma holder and security experiences gained from sizeable security companies
• Minimum 5 years or above working experience in security industry, in which 3 years' at managerial level
• Able to work independently, strong leadership, well-disciplined and good communication skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good PC skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
