Job Responsibilities:

• Promote products to external parties, enhancing brand visibility and market presence.

• Explore and analyze carrier customers' needs to inform product development and enhancements.

• Maintain strong relationships with global customers by fulfilling their requirements.

• Deliver presentations in English to stakeholders and clients, articulating product features and benefits.

• Oversee product lines, including SD-WAN, SASE, and internet access products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues for global carriers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies related to internet access products.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 

• Minimum 10 years in Telecommunication industry with product solutions experiences

• Familiarity with SD-WAN, and SASE and internet access products, including IEPL, MPLS, VPN.

• Experience in providing services to global carrier customers.

• Strong documentation, communication and analytical skills;

• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
