About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Solution Specialist, partnering with sales to drive the full pre-sales lifecycle for ITSM, NOC, and SIEM solutions. Design solutions, craft proposals, and demonstrate value to enterprise clients, ensuring seamless delivery from opportunity to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Enterprise Solutions (ITSM, NOC, SIEM) to drive achievement of sales goals and targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team proactively to gather, analyze customer requirements, and align ITSM, network monitoring, and SIEM solutions with client needs.
• Develop solution designs, workflows, BoMs, SOWs, and risk registers with competitive analysis; conduct presentations, demos, and POCs using deep domain knowledge.
• Prepare technical proposals with solution designs, tender documents, and project timelines while managing deliverables.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative, efficient, and cost-effective managed solutions.
• Assist in project implementation and post-sales activities, including client meetings, to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in pre-sales consulting and IT projects, with strong ITSM/SIEM expertise preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in developing client trust alongside fast adaptation to technological innovations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented multitasker with strong numerical and planning abilities.
• Excellent command of spoken Mandarin and written/spoken English
• Holder of ITIL v3 / v4 or CISSP are highly desirable.
