Customer Services Representative (Out-Patient Centre) (Salary: HK$23,030 – HK$32,444)

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake patient registration, answer phone and counter enquiries, make appointment upon request and receptionist duties
• Process correspondence and documents, including filing and record keeping
• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as nurses, doctors, wards, patients and contractors
• Handle daily payment transactions, patient admission registration and act as the telephone operator during overnight shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Multi-tasked with good communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer services
• Shift duty, including overnight shift, is required; job rotation to support other customer service teams may also be required
