Salary(Excluding overtime pay):

HK$21,000 per month

• 6 working days per week
• 10 working hours per day
• 24months employment period

Daily Work Schedule(exluding meal/rest breaks):

• Shift work required

(a) 10:00-21:00 (including 1-hour meal break / rest break)
(b) 12:00-23:00 (including 1-hour meal break / rest break)

Job Description:

• Preparing dishes
• Preparing ingredients
• Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
• Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes
• Monitoring food quality and hygiene
• Arranging staff deployment and training 
• Managing the operation of kitchen
• Assisting in other kitchen duties

Language Requirement

• Little Cantonese
• Fair English
• Little Korean preferred

[Writing]

• Little Chinese
• Fair English
• Little Korean preferred

Minimum entry requirement(including education standard, year(s) of experiene, skill, etc.)

• Primary 6
• 1 year of relevant work experience
