Sales Officer / Sales Executive/Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations including product upload, customer's inquiry and order, working with factories & logistics.
• Develop new business and manage assigned customer accounts
• Communicate effectively with customers to handle inquiries and provide product information
• Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales documentation
• Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service
• Assist with product training sessions to enhance product knowledge for effective customer support
• Help maintain positive relationships with existing customers and foster trust
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare regular sales reports for upper management, detailing performance against target and forecasts

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in business development or sales related position would be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Aggressive, hardworking, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Immediate available is an advantage
