Safety Officer

Job Duties: 

• Conduct safety inspections and deliver safety training to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

• Prepare risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards

• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and provide actionable recommendations

• Create safety reports and manage necessary documentation

• Organize safety committee meetings and perform additional duties as assigned

   

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Occupational Health and Safety or a Certificate in Safety Supervision, along with "Accredited Safety Supervisor (Construction)" certification from OSHC.

• Valid safety card, first aid certificate, and competent persons certificate for confined space operations

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably within the E&M industry

• Strong knowledge of safety-related regulations and ordinances

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing

• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and possess a high sense of responsibility with excellent communication skills

   

Work Location: Varies based on site assignment
