Registered Safety Officer

We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL as Registered Safety Officer in Hong Kong.

You will :

• Ensure site operations comply with health and safety legal requirements and company standards

• Conduct health & safety training and inspections on site, prepare related reports

• Assist in conducting incident investigation and preparing reports and analysis

• Carry out ongoing monitoring, follow up / reporting of H&S conditions / targets

• Assist in preparation / update of health and safety plans / procedures

• Undertake internal audits

• Prepare, maintain, control, distribute and file management system documentation

You are :

• Degree Holder with Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental related discipline

• Registered Safety Officer recognized by Labour Department

• At least 1 year of work experience as RSO in construction industry

• Experience in foundation works, government projects or MTR projects is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese

• Proficient in computer application, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel

• Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
