Assistant production manager / Production manager

Key responsibilities: -

• Provide project management remotely and act as the key person to coordinate with our oversea clients, factory and Hong Kong office
• Co-ordination with client / designer to ensure all criteria are met ( sample , drawings , production status )
• Monitor site progress and to resolve all kind of issues .
• Inspection and quality control upon approval status of products.
• Maintain our purchasing invoices and client invoices corresponding to the project .
• Work with the Shipping department to schedule in all required container deliveries to site in accordance with the required programme.

Requirements: -

• Able to manage projects and perform independently
• Self-motivated, independent & can work under pressure.
• Good command of English, Mandarin language and cantonese
• Proficient in PC based program, WORD, EXCEL, E-MAIL etc.
• Willing and able to travel to different areas of Mainland China
• Candidate with furniture knowledge and Interior Design or equivalent is an added advantage
