Job Responsibilities :
-
Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and documents filing;
-
Cheques preparation and issuing;
-
Suppliers’ statements reconciliation;
-
Responsible for bank-in the cheques (2-3 times per week);
-
Arrange the internal distribution of the cheque to different departments;
-
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
-
Diploma or above in Accounting / LCC Higher certificate;
-
Minimum 3 years’ working experience;
-
Knowledge of using MS Excel and Flex accounting System;
-
Good communication skill and willing to learn;
-
Immediate available is highly preferred.
