We are excited to announce an opening for a talented and motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. We are seeking an individual with at least 7 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and project management. In this role, you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global markets—including Europe, the United States, Australia, China, and Southeast Asia. This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your dental industry knowledge across a diverse range of products—such as clear aligners, veneers, and dentures—while strengthening your brand marketing and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage marketing projects from planning to execution, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with overall brand strategy.

Create compelling online and offline content in English for new product launches—including websites, brochures, posters, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and other marketing materials—while maintaining brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines.

Oversee B2B website management, including content updates, layout optimization, SEO/SEM strategy execution, EDM campaigns, video production, and performance reporting.

Coordinate and communicate independently with internal stakeholders and distributors across the US, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia to support product launches and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Sales, etc. to ensure marketing projects align with business goals and regional strategies.

Stay current with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide strategic recommendations for innovation and efficiency.

Perform ad hoc assignments and provide project support as required.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a regional or global corporate environment.

Proven experience in marketing project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Meta Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Power BI.

Familiarity with AI tools, WIX, and HubSpot is preferred.
