職位描述

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Manager / Assistant General Manager – Human Resources to join our Group. In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to understand the Company’s short- and long-term business objectives.

About the role:

·         Formulate and facilitate all HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, manpower planning & organizational development according to the Company strategic goal and business plan

·         Partner with senior business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions

·         Participate to develop of employees’ incentive scheme

·         Providing expert legal HR advice and guidance to stakeholders on all labour law related matters

·         Driving organizational change initiatives and continue to build a people-centric of business culture

·         Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and people initiatives

·         Collaborating with the broader HR team to ensure consistency and alignment across the business

·         Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing company culture

·         Lead and participate other ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

·         Minimum 10 years' experience at a Senior HR Manager in listed company; ideally in the property developer industry and/or financial services field

·         Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and HR best practices

·         Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

·         Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex people challenges

·         A good team player and able to work independently in a fast pace environment

·         Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint

·         Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Degree in Human Resources or a related field would be an advantage
