職位重點:
- 銀行電話客戶服務中心相關工作
- 提供全面優質的熱線服務，處理客戶查詢與投訴
職位描述：
- 提供優質客戶服務，包括向客戶解答銀行產品、各類查詢及轉讓
入職要求：
- 具備高級文譽或高中履歷
- 擁有良好的廣東話、英語及國語通話能力
- 熟悉電腦操作，練習使用MS Word、Excel等辦公室軟體
- 懂中文打字包括速成及倉頡
- 有客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
工作時間
- 每週五天工作制，輪值9小小時，其中1小時間為午餐時間
- 輪班時間為週一至星期日 8:50 - 24:00，並設有夜班津貼$3000/月
