Responsibilities:
- Gather & consolidate internal & external data and assist Department Leader to conduct business and financial analysis to monitor overall business efficiency
- Handle business project coordination and follow up actions to ensure on-time delivery of the projects
- Participate in business meetings along with the senior management; prepare agenda, minutes, presentations and reports
- Mange business correspondence and render administrative support for senior executives
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of work experience in business planning and/or analysis
- Independent, proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and/or other business analysis tool
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Occasionally business travel to Mainland China is required
