Head of QRCA (equivalent to the position of Director / Senior Manager)

Responsibilities：

• Oversee and continuously improve quality management systems, including ISO and ESD certifications, audits, and scorecards.
• Drive product qualification frameworks for DRAM, and flash products, and coach teams on qualification and reliability processes.
• Lead customer complaint handling, RMA/failure analysis, and implement process improvements for customer satisfaction, proactive quality assurance, and risk management.
• Manage supplier quality programs and support approval and enablement of new service suppliers.
• Maintain compliance processes, automate compliance data management, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Chair core committees and supervise daily QRCA operations and personnel.
• Support new product development (NPD) quality and oversee control of aging/shelf-life materials.
• Champion digital transformation in quality management, including adoption of data automation and data analytics.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Entry Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality, Reliability, Electronics, IC Design or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ engineering experience, with at least 10 years in a (senior) managerial role.
• Proven background in semiconductor, or electronics QA/QC and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to drive cross-functional projects and coach teams in different locations.
• Responsible, organized, and results-oriented; able to manage budgets and strategic planning.
