Telemarketing Executive (Contract/Part Time)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Call customer database to generate sales leads

·       Retain customers and grow business opportunities

·       Make outbound calls to find key contacts

·       Follow up with event participants via calls

·       Share product and promotion updates with customers

·       Enter and manage customer data accurately

·       Support clerical tasks and ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, or customer service; prior call centre experience is a strong advantage

·       Pleasant personality with strong selling, promotional, and communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal abilities

·       Proficient in basic computer operations and applications

Offer:

·       Hourly Rate plus Incentive
