職位描述

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling inbound and out-bound calls in a timely and professional manner;
Make warm calls in providing accurate and update information to existing customers;
Maintain good customers relationships

Requirements:

HKCEE/ DSE or above, fresh graduates are welcome;
Prior Customer Service experience is highly preferred;
Customer-focused with positive working attitude, pleasant;
Native in Cantonese, Good Command of in English (oral) and Mandarin
Chinese and English word processing.
