Senior Project Engineer – (Electrical/HVAC/P&D/Fire) (REF: BS)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and main contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or other related Engineering disciplines
• Possess 8 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years’ supervisory experience in participation of E&M Building Services Contracts
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Candidate with more experience would be consider as Assistant Project Manager
