What You’ll Do:
✔ Marketing Automation: Use HubSpot to manage campaigns, automate workflows, and optimize the marketing funnel—from awareness to enrollment. 
✔ Copy Writing: Write compelling blog posts and email campaigns that highlight our preschool’s unique values. 
✔ Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and boost conversions. 
✔ Campaign Management: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and execute both online and offline campaigns with minimal supervision. 
✔ Collaborate & Innovate: Work with the marketing team and design team to create impactful marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in digital or brand marketing, preferably in education or family-focused niches.
• Proficiency in HubSpot is a plus (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
• Strong understanding of funnel marketing and lead nurturing.
• Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese—ability to craft engaging EDMs, SEO-friendly blog posts, and other marketing copy.
• A self-starter who can think creatively and critically, and solve problems independently.
