職責  Responsibilities:

• Provide property leasing consultancy services (mainly Office / Semi-Retail / Logistics) for clients.
• 為商業客戶提供物業租務代理服務 (主要為辦公室/半零售/大型物流)

要求  Requirements:

• Holder of valid EAA License. Fresh graduates or inexperienced candidates without License but showing strong interest in the field will also be considered.
• 持有效由地產代理監管局發出之營業員牌照，申請者如無相關牌照但有志於行業發展亦會考慮。
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• 能操及書寫良好英語、廣東話
