Junior Merchandiser & Merchandisers

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end merchandising duties, including product sourcing, development, and bulk production.
• Manage production timelines and order follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and factories to communicate order details effectively.
• Assist in product development to meet quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate pricing and source suppliers to fulfill requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with factories and customers.
• Update and maintain all relevant product data.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience
• Diploma graduate in Merchandising or related field
• Self-motivated, independent, hardworking. Good attitude with the enthusiasm to grow in their career.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Team player and partner mindset when dealing with internal and external partners
• Strong in Production follow up and product development process in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong, aggressive and strategic negotiation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Good command in written and spoken of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to maintain accuracy in order specifications and quality control.
• Literate in all Microsoft programs
• Willingness to travel occasionally
