Contract System Administrator, IT Department (系统管理岗 )

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for system architecture design, management, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous system availability;
• Implement and manage system security measures to protect against external attacks, internal threats, and ensure regulatory compliance;
• Optimize system performance and resources management to ensure efficient handling of business and project demands;
• Develop and execute data backup and recovery strategies to ensure data security and business continuity;
• Provide technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to system usage;
• Write and maintain technical and operational documentation and manuals related to the system;
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by superiors.

• 为内部用户提供技术支持，解决系统使用中的问题

• 编写和维护系统相关的技术及运维文档和操作手册

Job Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines;
• Candidates with professional certifications such as Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, Linux RHCE/LPIC, VMware VCA/VCP/VCAP, Huawei HCIA/HCIP/HCIE, ITIL, or PMP are preferred;
• Minimum 3 years‘ experience in system management, related experience in the securities and related financial industries preferred;
• Proficient in the installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of mainstream operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, Unix).
• Familiar with the deployment and management of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Huawei/Sangfor HCI).
• Proficient in the configuration and management of storage systems (e.g., NetApp, Dorado).
• Knowledge in data backup and recovery strategies and tools (e.g., Veeam, Backup Exec).
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin required.
