About the role
Ready to build the next-gen retail operation engine? In this rotational role you’ll turn store operations into a measurable performance system—building dashboards, SOPs, and O+O (Click & Collect / Return-to-Store) processes while learning Visual Merchandising and in-store experience design and reporting to Assistant Store Manager.
What you’ll do
Create a KPI dictionary & dashboards (traffic, conversion, sales/sq.ft., recruitment, cancellations) and run weekly reviews.
Document and test O+O SOPs (Click & Collect, Return-to-Store) end-to-end.
Help compile the Store Operation Playbook v1; capture best practices from senior managers.
- Partner with the tour team on scripts and simple funnels (visits → tours → sign-ups).
What you’ll bring
Strong Excel/Power BI skills; curiosity for retail KPIs and Visual Merchandising /experience in store design.
- Clear communication—turn numbers into actions.
Languages: Cantonese & English (Mandarin is a plus).
- 2 years’ retail/analytics experience or fresh graduate is also welcome if he/she are passionate about store operations.
