Quality Manager (Station in Dongguan)

We are a one stop mechanical solution provider specialized in tailored cosmetic and functional parts manufacturing. With more than 45 years experience in the industry, we have certified with ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO 13485 / TL9000 / ITFA16949 with head office in Hong Kong and plants in China & Vietnam. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber for the following position:

Job Duties:

• Oversee the quality control processes and procedures for the production of precision metal components
• Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure all products meet or exceed customer specifications and industry standards
• Monitor inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and final products
• Analyze quality data and reports in systematic manner to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Provide training to enhance capability of department in quality control and supervision
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries from customers
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, product quality, and quality system.
• Direct report to the Management on overall quality performance with analysis and improvement suggestions, and not limited to the scope of quality

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
• Knowledge in latest quality management and good manufacturing practices
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control management role within the precision metal components industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality control systems
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and industry standards
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese

• Station in Dongguan Plant and frequent travel to overseas
