Commercial Officer/Manager（Need Engineering experience）

Job Descriptions:

Tender and PQ stage:

· Tender preparation together with PM/technical experts from commercial perspective;

· Contract management, including contract review, prepare, drafting, deviate and negotiation with internal and external parties;

· Organize procurement and sourcing activities;

· Prepare cost and price calculation;

· Risk management: coordinate and work with risk owners/experts to identify, analyze, monitor risks and provide feasible risk mitigations from tender/PQ documents;

· Commercial documents preparation and archiving;

· Liaison with different departments/affiliate companies to perform commercial duties.

2. Project execution stage:

· Contract management: contract draft, negotiation and claims against internal and external parties;

· Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, cost, margin controlling, monitoring and forecasting to ensure target achievement;

· Organize procurement and sourcing activities;

· Risk management: coordinate and work with risk owners/experts to identify, analyze, monitor risks and provide feasible risk mitigations from project execution perspective;

· Commercial documents preparation and document archiving;

· Liaison with different departments to perform commercial duties.

Requirement:

• University degree
• Experience in infrastructure railway projects is an advantage
• Familiar with state-owned company’s operation
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Result-driven, strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, and flexible;
• Attention to detail
• Sensitive to numbers
• Willingness to frequent international business travel
• Well-versed in PC and Office/WPS applications
• Proficiency in English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing is a must.
