Overview
The Operations Executive plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring the smooth running of multiple campuses across Hong Kong and Singapore. This position focuses on facilities management, compliance, and operational support, working closely with school teams, external vendors, and landlords to create a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Facilities Support and Maintenance: Schedule and oversee maintenance work, coordinate repairs, and monitor campus infrastructure. Act as a liaison between school teams, landlords, and the Building Management Office. Implement preventive maintenance plans and address urgent issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Compliance & Safety: Assist in ensuring campuses meet all relevant government regulations, licensing requirements, and internal safety standards.
- Budget Monitoring: Support in tracking facilities-related expenses and help maintain adherence to approved budgets.
- Operations Support: Assist with the preparation and updating of school documentation, including SOPs and operational calendars.
- Customer Service: Partner with school staff and stakeholders to address facility-related requests, ensuring smooth daily operations with a service-oriented mindset.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors to maintain seamless campus operations and enhance added services for families, including enrichment activities and school transportation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, facilities, or property management, preferably in educational, childcare, or commercial settings
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination ability, comfortable working with diverse parties including landlords, building management, contractors, and vendors
- Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance processes and vendor management
- Positive attitude and commitment to collaborative teamwork and service excellence
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience working in a school, kindergarten, childcare, or educational facilities environment
- Familiarity with licensing standards, and building regulations in Singapore and/or Hong Kong
