Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) is a non-profit and non-statutory corporation responsible for the overall administration of “.hk” domain name system, a critical internet infrastructure in Hong Kong.  HKIRC is also responsible for the cooperation with local and international bodies on issues relating to the development and administration of internet domain name systems. We are looking for highly motivated, responsible, independent, and proactive candidates for the post of:

Public Mission Director – Cybersecurity

 Responsibilities: 

• Oversee HKIRC cybersecurity public mission initiatives (https://www.hkirc.hk/en/public-mission/).
• Design, create and manage new HKIRC public mission cybersecurity programs for Hong Kong's industry.
• Engage with external organizations to gather feedback and promote initiatives.
• Deliver trainings or presentations as needed.
• Organize cybersecurity events & programs with the marketing team.
• Stay updated on security solutions and cyber trends.
• Lead the public mission team to achieve goals.
• Develop annual plans and regularly review program effectiveness.

 Requirements:

• Master’s degree in information systems or equivalent.
• Professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in cyber security.
• Practical experience with computer security incidents and security vulnerabilities
• Strong presentation skill and project management.
• Sound knowledge of and interest in cyber security technologies.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Team management experience.
• Good interpersonal relationship and team player
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

Shuttle buses between Tai Wai, Mei Foo, Kowloon Tong, Lam Tin, Hang Hau, Sheung Wan and Cyberport are provided.
