Job Description:

As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing international customer relationships and overseeing lighting projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong blend of account management and project management skills to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

• Manage international customers in lighting projects, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead project planning and execution, including defining scope, timelines, deliverables

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of lighting solutions aligned with customer needs, budgets, and objectives

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate order processing and technical requirements

• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient shipment management across global markets

• Cultivate and develop strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and clearly communicating product value and project updates

• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients through strategic account development and upselling

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes and enhance customer experience

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the lighting or construction industry

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and cross-team collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architectural field, or business administration

• 3 to 5 years work experience

• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems

• Ability to work autonomously, proactive and decisive

• Experience in the lighting industry is highly valuable

• Proficiency to communicate, present and influence in English, French and/or Mandarin. Knowledge of any other language(s) is an asset.
