Part Time - Receptionist (Title: Administrative Assistant)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle general office administration duties;
• Function as receptionist duties to meet and greet the customers and proceed the application with payment procedure;
• Provide administrative support such as handling phone call, data input, document printing, filing & database management, etc;
• Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE graduate
• Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese;
• Passionate, self-motivated, customer and detail-oriented;
• Basic knowledge in computer skills with English & Chinese word processing;
• Work on shift;
• Immediately available / short notice preferred.
