System Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for all kinds of IT projects, including application system implementation projects, system development projects, software integration and management, website and web content management system, Azure cloud services

• Steer and execute projects throughout the project life cycle from initiation to implementation. Perform testing and review

• Involve and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables. Define project scope, requirements and timeline

• Prepare and update project documentation 

• Monitor risks and timeline for multiple projects

• Responsible for project deliverables and quality assurance

• Monitor and optimize software licenses for compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT related disciplines

• 3+ years of IT experience

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently 

• Good spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese

• Familiar with programming language, cloud infrastructure. Exposure in web applications/ mobile app development preferable. Experience in one or more of the following:
  o    Web/Mobile App Development: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Azure
  o    Programming Language: Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript, React and Node.js
  o    Database Programming: Oracle SQL, MS SQL, PL/SQL

• Strong problem solving skills, communication skills, cross function collaboration skills
