Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing, correspondence, and reporting.
- Prepare product cost calculations and maintain pricing databases.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, tender documents, and commercial proposals.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business, Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales support, administration, marketing, or secretarial roles.
- Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in managing Shopify backend operations is preferred.
