Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute business plans.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to support business review and decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and other functional teams to co-create market initiatives that deliver product promotional messages and support business growth.
- Promote the company’s product portfolio to B2B and online sectors by delivering compelling presentations and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios, providing regular performance updates and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Client Retention Rate: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- New Business Acquisition: Generate a defined number of new B2B accounts per quarter.
- Order Accuracy & Processing Time: Ensure >98% order accuracy and timely processing.
- Reporting Timeliness: Submit all required reports and documentation on schedule.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations as per agreed schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or distribution (lifestyle and fashion products preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is required.
