Leasing Executive - Commercial & Industrial in Tuen Mun

We are a developer with a commercial/industrial portfolio across Hong Kong for leasing. We have a 338-unit brand new Grade A industrial building in Tuen Mun which requires lease up, and the main focus will be to manage and lease it up, in addition to managing the remaining commercial/industrial portfolio. The goal is to explore potential clients, drive them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:

• To assist in handling leasing visits by direct clients and agents, and to prepare
• Assist to complete the tenancy agreements by preparing leasing and commercial terms, including offer letters, tenancy agreement or any other legal documents independently
• Preparing regular reports, coordinating premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, renovation management
• Handle daily leasing enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in preparing leasing letters, tenancy agreements and fitting out is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in commercial leasing;
• Highly motivated, proactive, hardworking and positive;
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill
• Sensitive to figures with good analytical skills;
• Customer oriented with good communication
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

• Good command of IT, including OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel.
