We are currently looking for talented customer service executive to work with us:
You need to:
· Responsible for client management & project follow up.
· Assist to CS director in marketing promotion.
· Gather new customer & develop sales opportunities.
· Prepare for full set presentation.
· Provide administrative support to the teams.
· Liaise and coordinate with clients and suppliers.
· Assist in ad hoc duties.
You should be:
· Diploma / University Degree holder in related discipline.
· At least 5 years in customer service, preferably with experience in interior design industry.
· Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
· Friendly, proactive, customer-oriented and patience.
· Good presentation and communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule.
· Immediate Available.
