Compliance Factory Auditor for Garment Manufacturing

Our company is responsible for the social compliance and audits for a very successful young fashion retailer in Europe. Our client has over 1200 stores. To serve our client better, we are urgently looking for a Compliance Factory Auditor.

Position summary

The Compliance Factory Auditor, collaborates with compliance team and suppliers, ensure adherence to social and environmental compliance standards. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining compliance documentation, and following up audits to enhance company goal in sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

Cooperate with suppliers to arrange audits.

Evaluation of factory and writing reports

Follow up the social compliance assessments corrective actions with suppliers.

Maintain and update the supply chain compliance database.

Arrange assessment to factories as required to ensure compliance in key suppliers, and performance assurance of service providers. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and assess compliance levels.

Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job requirements

Degree-holder in Textiles / Corporate Social Responsibility or related discipline preferred.

Fresh graduates is welcome or candidates with 2 years of relevant experience is a plus.

Knowledge of social compliance standards (e.g. BSCI, SMETA, WRAP WCA, SLCP etc.) is an added value.

Detail-minded, good communication skills.

A Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Frequent travelling to China and Overseas
