Shipping Clerk

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Handle full set I/E shipping document independently
• Report to Shipping Manager and follow up import and export shipment delivery and booking arrangement
• Work closely with different internal and external parties, including sales & marketing, warehouses, HK customs & forwarders
• Handle Customs Declaration and Documentation Filing
• Perform any other duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE graduated or above holder with 2-3 years working experience in shipping area;
• Familiar with full sets of I/E, customs declaration
• Experience in electronic field, battery shipment & China Trade is an advantage
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Fair in spoken English and Mandarin
• Can handle daily Job arrangement on time & accuracy
• Be self-motivated, initiative, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility and cooperative
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, Lotus Note, Oracle and Electronic Trade Declaration System
• Working Location : Fo Tan Warehouse
