The Role

• Provide professional customer service to our high-net-worth individuals
• 5-days office work with attractive package
• Fresh graduates & IANG visa holders will also be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator for clients' cruising schedules and procurement requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Manage the end-to-end order process for yacht supplies, ensuring seamless support for daily operations and cruising activities.
• Coordinate the import and export logistics for yacht supply shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Occasional work outside the office when necessary, including provisioning and client site follow-ups.

Requirements

• Associate Degree holder or above.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience. Fresh graduates who demonstrate exceptional potential will also be considered.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment.
• A genuine interest in the marine industry or water sports is a significant advantage.
