Leasing Executive 租務行政主管

Main Responsibilities:-

-          General leasing for new and current tenants

-          Marketing to prospective new tenants

Requirements:-

-          Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English ability

-          At least 5+ years experience in property management field

-          Self-starter able to work under minimal supervision

-          Knowledge in MS Office required (Word, Excel)
