Property Assistant/Assistant Property Office (Commercial Building)

職位描述

Requirement:

  • Diploma in related disciplines
  • 1-2 years' working relevant experience preferably in property management or 1-2 years' solid experience in property management is preferred for candidate without the above academic background.
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License is advantage
  • Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances is advantage
  • Service oriented and self-motivated
  • Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer

Key Responsibility:

  • Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents/tenants
  • Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required
  • Attend regular meetings and prepare management/financial reports
  • Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams
  • Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants
  • Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
