職位描述

Gridword Communications Ltd is a professional and awarded event management consultancy. We serve different corporate accounts such as the HK Government, MTR, Bank of China etc.

The candidate will be responsible for

  • Operate daily clerical duties and handle general administration works
  • Managing various office administrative activities includes office equipment maintenance and supplies
  • Provide HR and support for Event management team
  • Payroll, Accounting, Book keeping, Staff Expense and Payment Accounting
  • Assist to issue invoices for clients and vendors

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience
  • Fluent Cantonese Speaker
  • Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
  • Service-oriented, cheerful and presentable with outgoing personality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem solving skills with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
