Responsibilities:
As an Administration Assistant / Officer, you will work closely with our administration team and business support units in providing operational support to the Firm. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support for office operation, including but not limited to clerical and liaison works, invoicing, procurement, insurance and facility management
- Maintain filing system for payment records and other relevant documents
- Maintain staff access database
- Maintain office appliances, supplies and stationeries
- Co-ordinate with the firm’s Chef for catering arrangements in the office
- Provide secretarial support and carry out ad hoc assignment as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Good command in both English and Mandarin with good telephone manners
- Preferably with at least 1 year related experience in a professional environment
- Well versed in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Attention to detail, organised and with a positive attitude
