Senior Manager, Business Development (F&B supply chain/Catering)-up to 50K

【Job Responsibilities】

• Responsible for executing the company's investment strategy, including investment decisions and development strategies in supply chain, catering retail, environmental technology and other fields;

• Ensure that the performance of investment projects meets or exceeds expected revenue targets and creates sustainable revenue growth for the company;

• Regularly report and evaluate investment performance and communicate and discuss the execution of investment strategies with senior management and the Investment Committee;

• Analyze and evaluate the risks of investment projects, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies and measures to ensure the sustainable development and profit improvement of investment projects;

• Monitor and evaluate market risks and industry risks, and promptly adjust investment strategies and resource allocation to deal with potential risk factors;

• Establish risk management framework and processes to ensure that investment decisions and operational activities comply with relevant regulations and compliance requirements;

• Monitor industry trends and market changes, and provide investment recommendations and market analysis reports;

• Establish close cooperative relationships and work with internal teams, partners and external experts to jointly control and manage risks;

【job requirements】

• Must have extensive working experience in supply chain, catering retail, environmental technology and other fields;

• Have 10 or more years of investment-related experience, of which at least 5 years have been in management positions, and have experience in successfully managing investment projects and teams;

• Have worked in listed companies or large enterprises and have in-depth understanding and experience of the business environment and investment market in Mainland China and Hong Kong;

• Have the ability of financial analysis and risk assessment, be able to conduct comprehensive financial and risk analysis of investment projects, and provide reliable data support for investment decisions;

• Possess good strategic thinking and business insight, be able to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, and formulate corresponding investment strategies and plans;

• Possess leadership and team management skills and be able to lead and motivate team members to achieve the group's revenue and profit growth;

• Have good risk awareness and risk management capabilities, and be able to effectively control risks and protect the interests of investment projects in an uncertain market environment.
