Purpose of role:

Reporting to the Key Account manager, this position will be responsible for supporting sale team in planning, implementation & communication of the customer plan, including trade investment management and application, that delivers the sales and profit targets for the Key Account customers

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the customer interface ensuring on-going development and profitable growth in customers
  • Facilitate sales review and analysis to drive a better planning in Trade activities to maximize trade spend efficiency. This includes implementation of tactics that are developed through a shared planning process with fellow account teams, brand, trade marketing and supply chain
  • Identifying potential key opportunities through market intelligence collection
  • Support Key Account manager in formulating plans to secure product listings, retail pricing, distribution and product placement. Evaluating customer tactics, plan implementation & recommendations to improvements for the future.
  • Maintaining excellent trade relations and customer support for our brands through effective execution of brand strategy in combination with complete understanding of the customer’s unique needs and the marketplace conditions.
  • Focus on ensuring timely and excellent execution of BTL plans through working with internal team, customers and merchandising team.


Who are you?

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree and sales experience within FMCG is highly preferable.
  • Previous account development or trade marketing in retail environment (with a minimum of 2 years’ experience). Candidate will more experience may be considered as Senior Key Account executive
  • Eager to learn and plan to develop career in Sales Field
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple functions and regions – strong team player.
  • Agile and have strong resilience. Willing to embrace changes. Passionate about growing business and self.
  • Positive, proactive growth mindset, confident with articulate communications skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels and possess a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, influencing culture
