Shipping and Logistic Coordinator

Chief Trading Representative for Asia Pacific Regions under Gewiss Group based in Italy and with manufacturing factory in China.

RESPONISBILITIES:

Handle full set of import / export shipping document

Place booking with carriers / truckers and arrange cross border / local transportation

Maintain coordination with delivery to clients and warehouse in Hong Kong

Familiar with trade declaration (Tradelink)

Administrative works and ad hoc duties when assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

DSE or above, High Diploma in Logistics is preferrable

At least 5 years of working experience in logistics field, knowledge of trade declaration is preferrable

PC skills in MS Word and Excel

Able to work independently

Self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-minded

Basic knowledge of oral English & Putonghua and written English & Chinese

Holding of a driving license is an asset
