職位描述
Duties
- Prepare and distribute invoices/ debit notes/ credit notes/ statements to customers.
- Follow up discrepancy and adjustments.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Update customers information in the accounting system.
- Answer customer’s enquires in relation to finance and accounting matters.
- Cooperate and communicate with other departments in daily operation.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- F.5 /DSE or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- LCCI Higher Certification holder
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive working attitude, stable and willing to learn
