Facility Officer - Cruise Terminals

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the technician to oversee the repairing and maintenance work of the facilities;
• Communicate and coordinate with the Government departments (EMSTF, ArchSD and CEDD) to oversee the repairing and maintenance work of the facilities at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal;
• Assist in managing planned maintenance, repair and operation of the facilities at the cruise terminal;
• Source quotations, prepare procurement, and compile paperwork for maintenance, addition & alteration, fitting-out and improvement works;
• Conduct regular site walk, identify and report possible health and safety hazards and come up with precautionary measures;
• Monitor, organize and supervise contractors’ performance including outsourced cleansing and security team;
• Coordinate site/ exhibition halls set up and events arrangement for all events;
• Prepare, update and issue facilities-related reports;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations and Facility Manager

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma holder in Property/Facilities Management, Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in school, property or facilities management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Shift duty is required.
