Job Description

Responsibilities

As part of our growing Hong Kong team, we are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities. This role offers great exposure in the logistics industry and a clear path for career advancement.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Proactively generate new business and expand client portfolio

·         Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships

·         Drive business development activities including lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM updates

·         Implement sales campaigns and initiatives assigned by management

·         Monitor market trends and deliver tailored logistics solutions to customers


 Requirements

·         Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or a related field

·         Minimum 2 years of sales experience; experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

·         Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player

·         Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
