Job Summary
The Retail Field Coach is a pivotal role responsible for driving frontline sales performance through strategic training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship. This position involves traveling to various retail stores to deliver customized development programs, ensuring alignment with company standards, enhancing team capabilities, selling skills, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Training & Development
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on company products, sales techniques, customer engagement, and leadership for frontline sales teams.
- Develop tailored coaching plans for individual staff members to address skill gaps and align with store-specific objectives.
Conduct workshops, field coaching sessions, and on-the-job training to enhance product knowledge, service excellence, and sales performance.
Performance Management
- Monitor staff progress through regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and KPI tracking (e.g., sales targets, service levels).
- Collaborate with store management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost team productivity and profitability.
Provide constructive feedback and evaluations to staff, highlighting growth opportunities and career development pathways.
CRM Management
- Collaborate with CRM team to make sure front line follows company rules through regular customer service KPI reviews, customer complain case study, role play, and KPI tracking (e.g., customer satisfaction survey, customer repurchase rate...).
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand, Sales and Operation) to align training initiatives with broader business goals.
- Foster a positive work environment by offering ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to field staff.
- Follow up on store opportunities to optimize performance and resolve operational challenges
Qualifications :
- Diploma or above in business or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of coaching & training experience in the retail industry, with relevant experience in sales and customer service training
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach sales teams effectively
- Solid knowledge of relevant industry and products is an advantage but not necessary.
- Able to travel to different stores.
Available to work on shift and weekends
