Senior Marketing Executive (Beauty Brand Management)

YOUR MISSION: As a key member of the MI MING MART marketing team, you will take ownership of our exclusive Clean Beauty & Healthcare brands. This is not just an execution role – you will be involved in brand strategy, principle liaison, and 360° campaign management.

What you will do:

• Brand Ownership: Take the lead in executing brand strategies and marketing plans to drive growth for assigned brands.

• Global Communication: Act as the key contact point with overseas Brand Principals to align on new product launches and promotional calendars.

• Campaign Management: Drive end-to-end campaigns from concept to execution (including Social Media, CRM, Joint-promotions, and Offline events).

• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign data and A&P budget to optimize ROI and ensure targets are met.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure efficient brand communication.

What you need to succeed:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Beauty, FMCG, or Retail.

• Strong sense of ownership; experience in handling Brand Principals is a definite advantage (but not a must – we are happy to groom the right talent!).

• Proficiency in MS Office; Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
