Job Description

Helping Enterprises and Governments implement and deploy our Digital Transformation solutions, and providing ongoing support;

As Technical Support, you will be responsible for solving customer technical issues concerning their implementation of our software;

Write unit test cases, including extreme cases, usability, and reliability tests.
Skills & Requirements
-
College or University graduate;
-
Knowledge and experience in ECM/DMS , BPM and Workflow solutions in advantages;
-
Knowledge and experience in Linux and MS networks are a MUST, e.g. Red Hat, Ubuntu, Elastic Search, MariaDB, MangoDB or MSSQL, MS Windows, MS Exchange;
-
Knowledge in Python, Java, Vue and JQuery is an advantage;
-
Experience in writing system documentation;
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
-
Immediate availability in an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in Linux & MS products, e.g. Red Hat, Ubuntu, Elastic Search, MariaDB, MangoDB or MSSQL, MS Windows, MS Exchange;

Knowledge in Python, Java, Vue and JQuery is preferred;

Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;

Good Analytical and Presentation Skill;

Experience in writing system documents;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
