Senior Manager/ Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the team to execute IPO projects

• Identify irregularities/errors in the engagement review process, ensure corrective actions are followed through

• Enforce auditing standards; prepare policies, procedures and manuals in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements

• Provide valuable recommendations regarding strategic, operational and compliance areas to top management

• Involve in potential pitching engagement

Requirements:

• Qualified member of HKICPA or other relevant qualification

• At least 5-8 years working experience in an accounting firm, which 3 years of managerial role is required

• Familiarity with Listing rules and the regulation of IPOs or listed companies in Hong Kong 

• Hands-on experience in handling IPO projects is a must

• Confident in networking with clients/contacts for business development

• A good leader capable of training, coaching and developing team staff

• Willing to travel on business needs.

• Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) 

Assistant Manager/ Senior Accountant/ Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of IPO projects, contributing to various phases of the process

• Occasional travel is required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or a related discipline or equivalent

• 1-5 years of related experience in an accounting firm

• Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
